We only went to browse, my husband really liked a Nissan Qashqai. We met Harry Dean who let us browse before approaching us. 3 hours later after a test drive and lots of talking we purchased the car. Two weeks later we were met by Harry when we came to collect. (our choice for the two weeks). Harry was very attentive and he was also learning the ropes of his new job! So lots of support from Chris. We were all made to feel at home even the dog. Not one time was there a pushy sales person which was a great big plus in our box!
