NISSAN LEAF E+ 62 KWH

Nissan announced a new 62 kWh addition to its Nissan LEAF electric vehicle range at the beginning of last year. Following on from the sales success of the new Nissan LEAF, the Nissan LEAF e+ was launched in January 2019 and went on sale for the first time in summer 2019. Here is everything you need to know about the electric vehicle from Nissan.

LEADING THE ELECTRIC MARKET IN EUROPE

LEADING THE ELECTRIC MARKET IN EUROPE

Although electric vehicles (EV) are still making their way into the mainstream, the Nissan LEAF had a very promising start since it was first launched in 2010. In 2018, the Nissan LEAF was the highest selling electric vehicle in all of Europe, with more than 40,000 being sold across the continent last year. The new Nissan LEAF e+ 62 kWh sees Nissan continue to expand into the mass-market electric vehicle sector, providing a more powerful car that will have a wider appeal to more customers.

INTELLIGENT POWER

Like the Nissan LEAF, the new Nissan LEAF e+ 62 kWh is a 100% electric vehicle. That means you can enjoy a cleaner drive that saves money while reducing the impact of driving on the environment. You won’t have to compromise on power, either; with a maximum output of up to 217PS and the capacity to accelerate from 0mph to 62mph in just 7.1 seconds, the new Nissan LEAF e+ 62 kWh is a powerful electric vehicle that won’t let you down.

GO EVEN FURTHER

The new Nissan LEAF e+ 62 kWh will take you further than ever before. The new 62 kWh battery offers a driving range of up to 239 miles on a single charge. That’s an extra 71 miles to enjoy - an increase of 42% on the standard Nissan LEAF model. To put things into perspective, one single charge on the new Nissan LEAF e+ 62 kWh is enough to take you all the way from Aylesbury to Norwich, Sheffield or Cardiff and back again without needing to recharge along the way.

A STYLISH DRIVE

When it comes to the exterior, there’s no compromise on design with the Nissan LEAF e+ 62 kWh. New two-tone colour options are now available, complemented by 17 inch alloy wheels. Other sleek new features include privacy glass, Intelligent Auto Headlights with full LED and electric folding door mirrors. On the interior of the Nissan LEAF e+ kWh, you’ll find part leather seats with Ultrasuede inserts, making for a stylish yet comfortable drive every time.
